What we do

Four jobs, done properly, across the Jackson metro.

Most tree work goes wrong in the planning, not the cutting. Every one of these starts the same way: someone standing in your yard, looking at the actual tree.

Stump Grinding in the Jackson metro by Nature's Tree Removal

Stump Grinding

The stump is the part everyone forgets until it is sprouting, sinking, or ruining a mower blade. We grind well below grade, haul the chips, and hand the ground back ready to seed.

  • Ground below grade
  • Surface roots taken back
  • Chips hauled or backfilled
  • Ready to seed or replant

Trimming and Pruning in the Jackson metro by Nature's Tree Removal

Trimming and Pruning

Proper cuts at the right time of year keep a tree strong instead of just smaller. Crown reduction, deadwood, storm-prep thinning, and clearance off the roof and the service line.

  • Crown reduction and thinning
  • Deadwood removal
  • Roof and line clearance
  • Storm-season prep

This one was hollow all the way through. Nobody could see it from the ground.
The ones nobody wants

A tree that looks fine can still be the one that comes through your roof.

Decay works from the inside out. By the time bark is falling off or mushrooms are showing at the base, the structural wood is often long gone, and the tree is standing on habit more than strength. Mississippi wind and saturated ground do the rest.

Big, leaning, hollow, or wedged between a house and a service line: those are the jobs we rig for instead of guessing on. Crane picks and controlled lowering mean the weight goes where we put it, piece by piece, not wherever gravity prefers.

  • Trees leaning over roofs, decks, and pools
  • Hollow, storm-cracked, and root-lifted trunks
  • Tight access, zero drop-zone lots
  • Clearance work near service drops

Emergency and storm damage

When it is already on the house, you do not need a quote. You need a truck.

After a system moves through the metro we triage in the order that matters: trees on occupied structures first, then blocked-in driveways, then hangers and limbs over walkways.

We stabilize, cut the load off the structure safely, tarp what we can, and photograph the scene as we go so you have something to hand your adjuster.

How it works

No mystery pricing, no surprise crew, no mess left behind.

01

We walk the property with you

Free, no-obligation. We look at lean, decay, root plate, targets, and access, then tell you plainly what needs to come out and what does not.

02

You get a written number

Scope, timeline, and price in writing before anything starts. No hourly surprises, no change orders invented halfway through the day.

03

We protect the property first

Mats, tarps, and rigging go down before a saw runs. Beds, fences, irrigation, and drives get covered, because the cleanup you never need is the cheapest one.

04

We leave it cleaner than we found it

Chips hauled, ruts raked, drive blown off. The only way you should know we were there is the tree that is gone.

Where we work

Based in Ridgeland, working 30 miles out in every direction.

If you are inside the Greater Jackson metro, we can get to you. If you are just outside it, ask anyway, because the answer is usually yes.

Alex showed up promptly to provide a quote for my property. The pricing was fair, and he communicated clearly with transparency and honesty throughout. I’ll definitely recommend him to others and will return if I need any tree work in the future!

They did an amazing job and on short notice too. I had a dangerous tree hanging over my house. Another company charged me for coming out just for them to tell me it was too dangerous to remove. Nature Tree Removal came out within 2 days of calling to take it down. Their team was efficient, polite, and safe.

Had a pine tree badly leaning over my house that was boxed in by two houses, a fence, and a power line. Worked with Alex mostly through text message. I mentioned another quote I had received and he beat that price and offered to clean up a medium sized oak tree as well. His team worked quickly and left the site better than they found it. They ground the stump and blew my front porch off which I thought was a nice gesture. I think I found one small branch on the ground after. Payment was done electronically after the work was done. The communication leading up to the work could have been better, but I wasn’t in an hurry and I’m overall pleased with the service I received.

This company did an efficient effective and professional job. The crew works very well together and knows the job at hand. Concerns about the proximity of trees were evident but the experience of the crew was very impressive. Great teamwork and servce to get a big job done. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask before they call.

How much does tree removal cost in the Jackson metro?

Price follows risk and access, not just height. A open-yard pine you can drop in one piece is a different job from an oak leaning over a roof with a service line under it. That is why every estimate here starts with someone standing in your yard looking at the actual tree, and why the number you get is written down before work starts.

Do I need to be home when you come out?

For the estimate, no. We can walk the property, take our measurements, and send the written scope. For the removal itself most people like to be around at the start so we can confirm access, gate codes, and where the chip truck can sit.

How fast can you get here after a storm?

Emergency calls run around the clock, every day of the year. After a big system moves through the metro we triage: trees on occupied structures and blocked-in driveways go first, then hangers and limbs over walkways, then everything else.

Will the stump be gone too, or is that separate?

Removal and grinding are priced separately because plenty of people want the tree down now and the stump handled later. Ask for both on the estimate and you will see both numbers up front.

What happens to all the wood and brush?

It leaves with us unless you want it. Chips can be hauled off or dumped where you want them, and if you burn or smoke, say the word and we will leave rounds stacked.

Do you work on commercial property and HOAs?

Yes. Apartment and retail properties, church grounds, and neighborhood common areas are regular work, including scheduling around business hours so the lot is clear when your people need it.

Free, no obligation

Tell us about the tree.

Send the address and a sentence about what is going on. We will come look, tell you what it actually needs, and put a number in writing. If the honest answer is that it can wait a season, that is what you will hear.

Emergencies do not go through a form. If a tree is on a structure or blocking you in, call.
